The costs associated with obtaining an export license from the US government will be covered by Austin Export Group as part of our Complimentary service to your business.

Firearms, Ammunition, Silencers, Military-spec accessories, Scopes, Red dot sights, High capacity magazines, etc., must have an Export Permit from the United States Government in order to be exported from US territory. In order to secure an export license from the US Government, our experienced team will help you obtain an export license from the Department of Commerce and, in certain cases, the Department of State. While we can’t promise you’ll get an export permit, our staff will use their expertise and experiences to make sure all requirements set forth by the US Government are precisely satisfied. An export license normally takes 60 days to get.

Below is the required list of Documents required to apply for the Export Permit:

1. Import Authorization (Permit) – This document, which the foreign government has issued in original form to authorize the import of the goods included in the purchase order, is either a permit or a certificate. Typically, it has a government seal, a validity term, and an expiration date. Licenses for a business dealing in weapons, a permit for gun ownership, or both, are typically insufficient. To find out what your government demands, check your local legislation.
2. Purchase Order – This document must be from the foreign end user, requesting these items be shipped to them. We need to have this in English, either typed or handwritten (if legible). It will then need to be signed by you and either Scanned and Emailed in.
3. DSP-83 Form – We will fill this out for you and email it to you to sign, Scan and Email back to us.

As soon as we obtain these documents, we will apply right away for your export permission. Once your application is accepted, we will be able to send you any goods that the US government has authorized for export. Our portion of the job will begin once the legal formalities are completed, and we provide lightning-fast service.
